Materials:
YarnArt Jeans color 70 (brown)
YarnArt Jeans color 5 (light beige)
2.75mm crochet hook.
8mm safety eyes.
Fiberfill stuffing.
Yarn needle & scissors.
Stitch marker.
Abbreviations:
MR- magic ring
sc- single crochet
inc- increase
dec- decrease
R- round
st- stitch
slst- slip stitch
BLO- back loop only
FO- fasten off
We will start making the teddy bear with the head and body.

R4: (2 SC, Inc) * 6 (24)

R6: (4 SC, Inc) * 6 (36)
R7-14: SC around (36)
R15: (4 SC, Dec) * 6 (30)
R16: (3 SC, Dec) * 6 (24)
Place safety eyes between Rounds 10-11, about 3-4 visible stitches apart.
R17: (2 SC, Dec) * 6 (18)

Stuff firmly and close with a needle.
Arms
Make two. Use brown yarn.

Stuff lightly, fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Legs
Make two. Start with light beige yarn.

Change to brown yarn.
R4: 15 SC BLO (15)
R5-R6: 15 SC (15)
R7: (1 SC, DEC) around (10)
R8: 10 SC around (10)

R10: 8 SC around (8)
Stuff lightly until R8.
Fasten off, fold 4 SC through both loops, cut the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
Ears
Make two. Use brown yarn.
R1. 5 SC in MR (5)
R2. INC (10)
R3-R4. 10 SC (10)
Fold the ears, 4 SC through both loops (4), cut the yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.

Tail
Use brown yarn.
R1: 6 SC in MR (6)
R2: 6 INC (12)
R3: (1SC, 1 DEC) around (8).
Cut the yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.
Mouth
R1: 6 SC in MR (6)
R2: INC in each ST around (12)
R3: (SC, INC)X6 (18)
R4-R5: SC around (18)
Cut the yarn and leave a long tail for sewing.
Embroider a triangular nose. Stuff lightly when sewing bellow the eyes.
Assembly
-Sew the arms slightly bellow the head at R19-R20.
-Attach the legs at the bottom of the body, around R27-R29.
-Sew the ears on the head at approximately R4-R6.
-Attach the tail at the back around R26.
-Embroider eyebrows.
