Make 5 ch again. Starting from the 2nd loop from the hook: 4 sl st.
And continue to knit on the basic chain of air loops: 4 sc

Cut the thread (leave the long end of the thread to sew the tongue to the head).
Fasten.
Sew on the tongue.
